为资格预审表创建变更请求

变更请求是一种提出澄清问题以获取更多信息并更新已提交的资格预审表的方式。

• 所需用户权限:公司资格预审工具的"管理员"权限。

• A Prequalification Form must be sent before this action can be taken.

1. Navigate to the company's Prequalifications tool.

2. Click View next to the company you want to create a change request for.

3. Click Request Change.

4. Fill in the following information:

   • To: Select the user you want to send the request to from the drop-down menu.
     Note: This field automatically populates with the user who was invited to prequalify.

   • Subject: Enter a descriptive subject for the request.
     Note: This field automatically populates with the subject line " Prequalification Change Requested".

   • Change Requested: Enter any necessary information that describes what is needed from the user.

5. Click Send.

Once the change request is sent, the Submission Status on the prequalification form will change to Change Requested.
