Set the Always Editable Schedule of Values Configuration

Company level Administrators can now control access to the Enable Always Editable Schedule of Values setting across all projects. Previously, tool administrators enabled this project-level setting at any time, allowing users to edit contracts or commitments even when they were in a non-editable state. Managing this control at the Company level helps prevent unauthorized edits to approved contracts and commitments.

• Disabling this setting at the company level turns off the setting on all projects and removes the 'Enable Always Editable Schedule of Values' option from project settings.

• Turning off this setting prevents project administrators from enabling always-editable schedules of values on individual projects.

'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool.

1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.

2. Scroll to Tool Settings and click Contracts & Change Orders.

3. Scroll to the Always Editable Schedule of Values section.

4. Click the toggle for the desired tool for example, Prime Contracts or Commitment Contracts to the OFF position.

5. Click Save Changes.

Note: To re-enable the option for project-level administrators, click the toggle to the ON position and save your changes.
