View Workflow Step Assignees and Duration for Commitment
Background
Procore displays workflow assignee and duration details directly within list views across financial management tools, including Commitments. These additions surface data from the Workflows API and are included in CSV exports for reporting.
Things to Consider
The new columns replace previous naming conventions:
Workflow Step Assignee(s): Formerly known as "Ball in Court".
Workflow Step Duration: Formerly known as "Ball in Court Duration".
Column configurations applied in the list view are saved per user.
Data in both columns are included when exporting data to a CSV report.
