Senden einer Nachricht im Gespräche Tool (iOS)

• Erforderliche Benutzerberechtigungen:

  • Sie müssen im Adressbuch-Tool des Projekts vorhanden sein.

  • Wenn Sie eine Nachricht im Zusammenhang mit einer Position senden, müssen Sie über den entsprechenden Zugriff auf diese verfügen.

Je nachdem, welche Art von Nachricht Sie senden möchten, beachten Sie die folgenden Schritte:

• Senden Sie eine Direktnachricht

• Senden einer Nachricht an eine Gruppe

• Senden einer Nachricht in Bezug auf ein Element

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Tap the project's Conversations tool.

3. Tap Direct Messages. Note: If you want to send a direct message to an existing conversation, tap the name of the conversation and skip to step 7 below.

4. Tap the create icon and select Create Direct Message.

5. Tap the name of each individual you want to send the direct message to.

6. Tap Next. If you have an existing conversation with the selected individuals, all previous messages are shown.

7. Tap into the text box and enter your message.

   • If you want to mention an individual to notify them of a conversation, tap the @ symbol on your keyboard when writing a message and select their name. See Mention a User in a Conversation (iOS).

   • If you want to add attachments or link items to your message, tap the plus icon and select from the following options:

     • Take Photo: Allows you to take one or more photos to add to the message.

     • Choose from Library: Allows you to choose photos from your device.

     • Files from Device: Allows you to choose files from your device.

     • Procore Items: Allows you to add files or link to items from the project.

8. When you are ready to send the message, tap the send icon.
   The message is automatically added to the conversation.

   • Wenn Sie Anhänge hinzufügen oder Elemente zu Ihrer Nachricht verknüpfen möchten, tippen Sie auf das Plus-Symbol und wählen Sie eine der folgenden Optionen aus:{

     • Foto aufnehmen: Hier können Sie ein oder mehrere Fotos aufnehmen, um sie der Nachricht hinzuzufügen.

     • Aus Bibliothek auswählen: Hier können Sie Fotos von Ihrem Gerät auswählen.

     • Dateien vom Gerät: Hier können Sie Dateien von Ihrem Gerät auswählen.

6. Wenn Sie bereit sind, die Nachricht zu senden, tippen Sie auf das Symbol senden . Die Nachricht wird automatisch zur Konversation hinzugefügt.

To start a new conversation about an item:

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Navigate to the relevant tool. See Which project tools support Conversations?

3. Tap the item that you want to send a message about.

4. Tap Start a Conversation.

5. Tap into the text box and enter your message.

   • If you want to mention an individual to notify them of a conversation, tap the @ symbol on your keyboard when writing a message and select their name. See Mention a User in a Conversation (iOS).

   • If you want to add attachments or link items to your message, tap the plus iconand select from the following options:

4. Tap the conversation for the item you want to send a message about.

5. Tap into the text box and enter your message.

   • If you want to add attachments or link items to your message, tap the plus iconand select from the following options:
