Manage Project Team Roles from the Project Overview

Company Administrators can enable the Project Overview beta in Procore Explore. (US 2 | UK)

Note: The Project Overview is generally available for customers who joined Procore after May 2024.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Project Overview.

    • Navigate to the project's Home to be redirected to the Project Overview.

    • Click Menu and select Project Overview.

  2. In the 'Project Team' section, click the vertical ellipsis Icon Vertical Ellipsis and select Edit Project Team.

    • Assign User Roles

      1. For each of the roles, select a user from the drop-down menu. You can choose multiple users.

    • Remove Users from Roles

      1. To clear a user, click the 'x' next to their name.

  3. Changes are automatically saved.
