Use Bulk Actions > Retrieve in the Submittals Tool

Use the Bulk Actions > Retrieve menu command when you want to retrieve a batch of submittals from the Recycle Bin.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Submittals tool.

• Supported Views:

  • The Bulk Actions > Retrieve menu command is only supported in the Submittals tool's Recycle Bin.

• Additional Information:

  • To use other supported menu commands in the Bulk Actions menu, see Perform Bulk Actions on Submittals.

  • If you want to retrieve an individual submittal, see Retrieve a Submittal from the Recycle Bin.

1. Navigate to the project's Submittals tool.

2. Click the Recycle Bin link. Then:

   • To select all of the submittals in the list, mark the checkbox at the top of the left column.
     OR

   • To select one or more of the submittals in the list, mark the check box to the left of each desired submittal.

3. Choose Bulk Actions > Retrieve.
   This reveals a list of the selected submittals.

4. Click Retrieve.
   A GREEN Retrieve Succeeded message appears when the retrieve action is complete. The system also removes the submittals from the Recycle Bin.
