How can I tell if a Procore project is synced with an integrated ERP system?

Answer

If your company has enabled the ERP Integrations tool (see ERP Integrations) and configured it to work with an , the Projects tab in your company's Portfolio tool will display an ERP Synced icon next to the name of the projects that are synced.

The icons next to a project name indicate its status or type:

  • Project Template: The project is used as a template.

  • Test Project: The project is used for testing.

  • Inactive Project: The project is currently inactive.

  • ERP Integrated: The project integrates with your accounting system.

  • Connected Project: The project connects to another project via Connection Manager.
