• Project Entitlements & Allocations: Earmark and distribute funding capacity across specific projects before work begins to establish project spending ceilings and maintain control over unallocated portfolio reserves.

• Automated Funding Rules: Build percentage-based cost-split rules (supporting up to 2 decimal places with automatic penny rounding) to divide contract line-item costs across multiple funding sources.

• Real-Time Financial Rollups: Automatically calculate and update live fund balance stages (Allocated, Appropriated, and Committed) at both project and company levels the moment contracts and commitments are approved.
