Create Locations Manually (Beta)

Locations Tool (web) - Beta Access and Feedback
The Locations (Beta) tool is available on Procore Explore. The features and documentation of this tool are subject to change without notice during the course of development.
You can create one or more locations manually for a project directly in the Locations tool. Locations give you the ability to link different Procore items (RFIs, Submittals, and more) to specific locations on a job site. This helps project team members to identify the exact location on a job site where a defect was observed, where materials are to be installed, or where a project change order occurred.
Locations are generally tiered in a hierarchy to associate parent and sub locations. You can add Tier 1 location (s), or add a sub location to a Tier 1 location. For example, Let's say your project includes the construction of a parking lot. You may use a location structure as follows:
Parking Lot A > Ground Floor > EastParking Lot A > Ground Floor > WestParking Lot A > Level Two > EastParking Lot A > Level Two > West
Note: You can create locations in bulk using one of the following Import options in the Locations tool:
Procore BIM Plugin: See Import Locations Using Procore BIM Plugin.
Procore Imports or CSV Template: See Import Locations Using Procore Imports or CSV Template.
