Set Up and Manage Your Favorites

Save your favorite company and project-level tools for easy access in the relevant navigation bar. You can a up to ten (10) tools to your favorites list.

• Required User Permissions: 'Read-Only' or higher on the project or company level tool.

• Your can add up to ten (10) company tools to your favorites list.

1. Log in to Procore.

2. Click the company tools menu, then click the star icon next to the tool you want to add as a favorite.

3. Select a project.

4. Click the project tools menu, then click the star icon next to the tool you want to add as a favorite.

• Access your favorites by clicking the tool in the navigation menu.

• To remove a favorite, click the star again so that it appears as an outline.
