Explore Pre-built Project 360 Report Dashboard Templates (Beta)

Background

In Beta

This content is for Procore users participating in the 360 Reporting tool's Visuals and Dashboards Beta Program.

Using the company-level 360 Reporting tool, you can quickly access pre-built dashboard templates (created by Procore's data experts). These templates let you explore and deploy a fully configured reporting dashboard with a single click — eliminating the need to build reports from scratch.  You can start with a pre-populated template, then customize it to fit your exact project needs. These high-quality pre-built templates support editing, saving, and sharing capabilities.

You search, filter, and select any template from the All Templates page to instantly create a new 360 Report pre-populated with visual components using your own project data. All instantiated reports are fully editable — add, remove, or modify widgets to fit your needs. Save and share reports created from templates with your team. In addition, template names and descriptions can be translated to other languages.

By using pre-built templates with visual components, you can save significant time and effort that would otherwise be spent building reports from scratch. You can immediately see your data in an insightful, dashboard-style format, enabling you to make faster, more informed decisions. This feature directly addresses the challenge of data accessibility and empowers users to leverage their Procore data without needing to be a reporting expert. It can also be used for internal performance monitoring and usage tracking.

Note: This feature requires role-based access control based on 360 Report permissions.
