Reset a Project Schedule

Redefine a project's scheduling path by transitioning from an imported file to a schedule built entirely within Procore. The reset function allows you to wipe current data and restart the configuration process. Only perform this action when you require a total reset of the project timeline.

• Required User Permissions

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Scheduling tool.

• This action deletes all existing tasks, look-ahead details, and dependencies.

• Data cannot be recovered after you confirm the reset.

1. Navigate to the project's Scheduling tool.

2. Click the Settingsicon.

3. Select Project Schedule from the drop-down menu.

4. Click Reset to Original Empty within the Schedule Information section.

   • Note: If you do not see this button, verify that you have 'Admin' level permissions.

5. Review the warning regarding data loss in the confirmation window.

6. Click OK to reset the tool.

   • Note: You will be redirected to the initial 'Add a Schedule to Procore' screen.
