View Assets Change History

Change History automatically tracks key actions such as asset creation and updates (including bulk imports), asset type and status changes, field value edits (default and custom), project assignment and reassignment, attachment and related item changes, profile image updates, and asset deletion.

• Required User Permissions

1. Navigate to the project or company's Assets tool.

2. Click the asset ID.

3. Click the Change History tab to view the following:

   • Date and time of the change

   • User who made the change

   • Field or component that was changed

   • Old value and new value (where applicable)

   • Links to old and new attachments, when attachments are modified
