View Assets Change History

Change History acts as a complete audit trail for each asset, automatically tracking everything from creation and bulk imports to deletions. Every field edit, status change, project reassignment, and file attachment is timestamped and tied directly to the user who made it. This comprehensive tracking ensures you always have the traceable records needed to meet strict regulatory and compliance requirements.

1. Navigate to the Project or Company level Assets tool.

2. Click the asset ID.

3. Click the Change History tab to view the following:

   • Date and time of the change

   • User who made the change

   • Field or component that was changed

   • Old value and new value (where applicable)

   • Links to old and new attachments, when attachments are modified
