Restore an Archived Email
Background
If you have archived an email message in the project's Emails tool, you can use the steps below to restore it. When restored, the system returns the message to the Emails - Inbox page.
Things to Consider
Required User Permissions:
'Admin' level permissions on the project's Emails tool.
Prerequisites
A message must exist in the archive.

Steps
Note: A modernized user experience is now available for the Email tool. Learn more about this open beta and how your Procore point of contact can help you enable it.
Navigate to the project's Emails tool.
Click the Archive or Spam view.
Hover over the desired message and click Return to Inbox icon.
You can also unarchive an email by using one of the following options:Click the Return to inbox icon at the top of the email.
Mark the check box to retrieve multiple emails to inbox. Select the desired emails and click the Return to inbox icon at the top.
For emails marked as spam, you can only retrieve them to inbox after opening the email. Open the email and click the Return to inbox icon on the top of the email.
