Archive an Email
Background
If you have numerous messages in your Emails - Inbox and decide that you can archive some of those messages for safe-keeping, you can use the 'Archive' button. This moves the selected messages from the Inbox to the tool's archived list.
Things to Consider
Required User Permissions:
'Admin' level permissions on the project's Emails tool.
Prerequisites
The desired email message must be listed in the Emails - Inbox page.

Steps
Note: A modernized user experience is now available for the Email tool. Learn more about this open beta and how your Procore point of contact can help you enable it.
Navigate to the project's Emails tool.
Hove over the desired email and click the Archive icon next to it.
The email will be added to the archive list of the Email tool.You can also archive an email using the Archive button at the top. You can archive multiple emails by selecting them and clicking on the Archive button at the top.
Click on the Return to Inbox icon when hovering over an email to move it back to the Inbox.
You can unarchive an email using the Return to Inbox icon at the top.
You can return multiple emails to inbox by selecting them and clicking on the Return to Inbox icon at the top.
