Ver una conversación relacionada con un ítem en Procore

La herramienta Conversaciones se puede utilizar en herramientas compatibles para enviar mensajes relacionados con ítems específicos en un proyecto Procore, también conocido como Item Conversation. La conversación se puede ver desde la herramienta Conversaciones a nivel compañía de Procore, así como en un panel lateral para el ítem del proyecto. • Permisos de usuario requeridos:

  • Permisos de "Solo lectura" o de nivel superior para la herramienta del ítem en Procore. Nota: Si el ítem está marcado como Privado, debe tener permiso para verlo.

• Debe existir una conversación para el ítem. Consulte Iniciar una conversación sobre un ítem.

View from the Conversations Tool

1. Navigate to the Conversations tool (click the Conversations icon in the header from anywhere in Procore).

2. In the 'Items' section of the left side panel, find the item that you want to view a conversation for.
   Note: Items are organized by tool. See Which tools and items support Procore Conversations?

3. Click the item to view the conversation.

1. Navigate to the item's tool in Procore. See Which tools and items support Procore Conversations?

2. Open the item that you want to view a conversation for.

3. Click the Conversations icon to the right of the item to open the side panel and view the conversation.
