Add or Manage Comments and Notes

  1. Open Revit® on your computer.

  2. Navigate to a 3D view in the project browser of Revit®.

  3. Click the Procore tab.

  4. Click Coordination Issues.

  5. In the Coordination Issues side panel, select the project in Procore.

  6. On the coordination issue, click the information icon-info3.png icon.

  7. Click the Activity tab.

Add a Comment

  1. Enter your comment into the text box. Note: You can mention other users in the project to send them an email notification of your comment using the @ symbol. See Mention Users in a Coordination Issue Comment.

  2. Optional: Click Add Snapshot to add a snapshot of the current view to your comment.

  3. Click Submit.

Edit a Comment

  1. Click Edit on the comment you want to edit.

  2. Optional. Do one of the following:

    1. Click Remove if you want to remove a snapshot that you previously added.

    2. Click Add Snapshot to add a snapshot.

  3. Click Update.

Delete a Comment

Important! Deleted comments cannot be restored.

  1. Click Delete on the comment you want to delete.
    Note: The comment is immediately deleted.
