Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
Tap the project's Conversations tool.
Tap on the conversation you want to view read receipts for:
One check mark will confirm the message has been sent.
Two check marks will confirm the message has been seen.
To view a list of users who have seen the message, long press the message and tap View message details.
At the bottom of the screen, you will see: Only readers who are following this conversation are identified. This applies to item conversations. If a user is not a follower of an item conversation, the user will not appear in the read receipt.
