About Procore AI

Procore AI is a construction-trained AI that works alongside your team inside Procore. From the AIside panel, anyone on a project can ask questions across their project data, analyze drawings, RFIs, submittals, and photos, and deploy specialized agents that draft and update work for review. You decide how to use it: quick answers, deeper analysis, agents that handle routine work, or automations that run agents on a schedule or in response to project events. Every result cites its source, and every action an agent takes is staged for a person to review and approve before anything changes in Procore.

Procore AI is generally available with the purchase of a Digital Coworker plan. Every plan includes a Datagrid account, where administrators can monitor AI credit usage. Datagrid is also available as a standalone product for organizations that want AI across their broader tech stack, with or without Procore.

Procore AI comes in three Digital Coworker options, so organizations can start where it makes sense and scale as they grow. Each package equips select users with AI search and agentic actions capable of creating objects and taking actions in Procore AI. Explore these package differences:

• Digital Coworker Starter Pack — A low-friction way to get started. Enable up to three projects with unlimited use, and put five agents to work: Deep Search, Submittal Review, RFI, Daily Log, and Contract Review. Best for teams proving out value on their most important projects.

• Digital Coworker Pro — Enable unlimited projects that share one monthly pool of credits and 20 agents spanning project planning, bidding, safety, quality, and risk. Pro accounts also get two automation agents (RFI and Submittal) that can trigger when a related event occurs in Procore.  

• Digital Coworker Enterprise — Everything in Pro, plus Agent Studio to build and customize agents (including adding automations), multimedia intelligence that lets agents transcribe and analyze video and audio, and the ability to build reusable agent templates that apply your company's standards across every project at scale.

When an organization purchases a Digital Coworker plan, Procore AI is automatically provisioned along with the creation of a company-level Datagrid account.

From there, a Company Admin controls rollout from the Company Admin tool: they choose which projects to enable and which users can access Procore AI (and Datagrid). Users granted access will automatically see the AIside panel in their Procore account and can start putting the AI to work once it has finished learning the project's data.

Permissions

Procore AI strictly follows your existing Procore permissions. To get expected results, a user must have the necessary permissions in every tool involved in a task. For example, if you lack permission to view an RFI, an agent will not surface that RFI or attempt to change it — even an agent you created. This means a user can never use Procore AI to reach data they aren't already authorized to see.

Product boundaries

• Procore AI's interface is in English and uses U.S. construction terminology at this time. It can understand and respond in most European and Asian languages, though results are best in English.

• Procore AI cannot yet learn from the Document Management tool — that's planned for 2026 — though the classic Documents tool is supported.

• Validation: AI can make mistakes. Always check all AI work, results, and answers against your own records to ensure accuracy.
