Add a Condition Step

Configure a 'Condition Step' in the Workflow Builder by naming it, defining conditions with tool-specific statements, and setting the next workflow steps based on whether conditions are met.

Add a Condition Step

  1. Navigate to the Workflow Builder. Use these steps when configuring a workflow step in a new or existing workflow.

  2. Under General Information in the Type list, choose: Condition Step

  1. Name your workflow in Step Name.

  2. Confirm that Condition Step is set in the Type list.

  3. From the When list, select a tool-specific statement.

  4. Choose an available operator from the Is box. Each condition statement has different options. To learn more, see Tool-Specific Statements and Conditions.

  5. In the Then list, choose the next step or create a new step for the workflow template.

  6. In the Otherwise list, choose the next step or create a new step for the workflow template.

Save the Template

The following options are available when you are ready to save workflow template:

Procore recomienda encarecidamente guardar su progreso con la opción Guardar como borrador a medida que crea la plantilla de flujo de trabajo. Esta es una práctica recomendada estándar para ayudar a minimizar la pérdida de datos debido a un cierre accidental, problemas del navegador u otras interrupciones imprevistas.

  • Cancel. Discards any changes made.

  • Save as Draft. Saves a 'Draft' version with a minor version number (e.g., 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and so on). Select this option if the workflow template is still under development.

  • Save and Publish. Creates a major version number for the workflow (e.g., 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and so on). Choose this option when the workflow is ready for implementation and project assignment.
