No. When importing data into the Schedule of Values (SOV) on a client contract, commitment, funding, or prime contract, the 'Amount' column on each row must include data. If the row does not contain a value in the 'Amount' cell, Procore's import window display an error message. However, you may leave the 'Description' cell blank. To learn more, see below.

The following is an example that shows valid data entry for the rows in the import template. The example below shows the Commitments tool. However, the import process works similarly in the Client Contracts, Funding, and Prime Contracts tool.
The import process is successful when the 'Amount' cell contains a value.
The following illustration shows you an example of what is imported from a CSV file. The 'Amount' column is required to successfully complete the import process.
In rows 2-4, data has been entered in each 'Amount' cell. This row will be imported.
In row 5, the 'Description' cell can be blank, but the 'Amount' column must have a value. This row will be imported.
In rows 6-7, data has been entered in the 'Amount' column. This row will be imported.
In row 8-9, the blank 'Description' and 'Amount' columns will be ignored.

The import process fails when the 'Amount' cell is left blank on a line
The following illustration shows you an example of what is imported from a CSV file. Notice that in rows 2-4, data has been entered in each 'Amount' cell. In row 5, the 'Description' can be blank, but the 'Amount' column must have a value. In rows 6-7, no data has been entered in the 'Amount' column. Blank 'Amount' columns will cause the import process to fail.
To import a line item with a $0 value in the 'Amount' column, you must enter a "0" into the 'Amount' column.
To import a line item with a $750 value in the 'Amount' column, you must enter "750" in the 'Amount' column.
To import a line item, the 'Description' column may be blank.
If you have only partial data entry on a row and leave the 'Amount' cell blank, an error message like the one below shows you where the error exists. Notice that the message shows that lines 6 & 7 must be a number value.
