Answer

You may run into issues linking or uploading files for two common reasons:

  1. This Project has reached its SharePoint connection limit:  Procore projects allow a maximum of five (5) total SharePoint tenant connections at any given time. You must enter a site URL belonging to an existing connected tenant, or contact a Project Admin to manage or disable unused connections.

  2. This SharePoint site is disabled: A Project Admin has deactivated the SharePoint connection for that specific tenant domain. You will need to contact your Project Admin to request that they re-enable it.

Managing Connections & File Safety: Project Admins can manage, re-enable, or disable tenant connections in the Integration Manager (Admin tool > Project Settings > Integration Manager).

Disabling a SharePoint connection will not affect existing files. All previously uploaded or linked files remain completely intact and accessible within Procore. Disabling a connection only prevents team members from creating new links or uploads until a Project Admin re-enables it.
