What text formatting options and shortcuts are supported in the Project Emails tool?

Answer

The Project-level Emails tool utilizes an advanced rich text editor that allows for seamless content creation and external copy-pasting. The following formatting features are supported:

  • Inline Table Controls: Once a table is inserted via the toolbar, you can click inside it to dynamically add/delete rows and columns.

  • Special Characters & Code: Access a full library of mathematical symbols, currency symbols, and arrows, or wrap text inside code blocks.

  • Markdown Typing Shortcuts:

    • Heading 1: Type # + Space

    • Heading 2: Type ## + Space
