Set a Column for Workflows

Configure a budget column to serve as a reference point for conditional steps within custom workflows. Custom workflows evaluate the selected column against budget metrics to determine whether a conditional logic step resolves as true or false. • Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool.

1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.

2. Under 'Tool Settings', click Budget.

3. Select the Workflow Column tab.

4. Under Column, click the Select Column drop-down menu.

5. Search for or select a standard or custom column.
