Set a Designated Reviewer on a Potential Change Order

You can now set a designated reviewer directly on a potential change order (PCO). This update provides greater flexibility by allowing you to assign specific reviewers at the individual potential change order level, rather than relying solely on the default reviewer set at the prime contract change order level.

• 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Prime Contracts tool.

• Setting a designated reviewer on a PCO overrides higher-level reviewer configurations for that specific workflow item.

• Enable the new experience interface for the Prime Contracts tool.

1. Navigate to the project's Prime Contracts tool.

2. Find the contract for which you want to set a designated reviewer.

3. In the Number column, click the link to open it.

4. Click the Change Orders tab.

5. Select the potential change order you want to update.

6. Click Edit.

7. Select a reviewer from the Designated Reviewer drop-down menu.

8. Click Save.

Note: Assigning a designated reviewer at the PCO level ensures that custom workflows apply to that specific potential change order without altering the reviewer settings on the prime contract change order.
