Bulk Generate QR Codes for Assets

You can generate QR codes for multiple assets at once directly from the Asset Register. This allows teams to quickly create and download QR codes for printing, labeling, and on-site asset identification workflows.

1. In the Asset Register, select the checkboxes for the assets you want to generate QR codes.

2. Click on the vertical ellipses icon at the top of the table. 

3. Click Print QR Codes, a QR code generation window will appear.

4. Configure the QR code output settings, including page size and format.

5. Click Generate QR Codes to start the process.

6. A downloadable file containing QR codes for the selected assets is generated. Each QR code is linked to its corresponding asset ID.
