Edit a Bid Package

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions on the project's Bidding tool.

  • Additional Information:

    • Updating the bid package will not automatically email bidders. For important changes, we recommend manually sending an email or correspondence to notify them. For more information on how to send a correspondence/addendum, see Send a New Correspondence in the Bidding Tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your project's Bidding tool.

  2. Click the edit Icon Edit2 icon next to the bid package you want to modify.

  3. Edit any necessary information on the bid package. For a list and description of these fields, see Create a Bid Package with Bid Management Enhanced Experience.

  4. Click Save Changes.
