The Document Management tool is available in select countries. It is not yet available for Procore accounts in the United States. For more information, please reach out to your Procore point of contact.
Required User Permissions:
You must be part of the correct Document Management tool permission group. See How do permissions work in the Document Management tool?
'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the correspondence type.
Note: Depending on the correspondence item's status and privacy settings, users may also need to be assigned specific roles or granular permissions in order to view the item.
Additional Information:
If you don't have permission to an attached file, please contact the creator of the correspondence so that they can assign you to the correct Document Management permission group.
If you can access the correspondence email from Procore on your device, tap the View in Procore link to automatically open the correspondence item in the Procore app and view the attachments.
Ouvrez l’application Procore sur un appareil mobile Android.
Appuyez sur l’outil Correspondance du projet.
Recherchez l’élément de correspondance que vous souhaitez afficher.
Allez dans la section « Pièces jointes » pour voir tous les documents qui ont été joints.
Optionnel: Appuyez sur Afficher tout pour afficher toutes les pièces jointes de l’élément dans un format de liste et effectuer une recherche par nom de fichier, format ou date de la dernière modification d’un fichier.
Pour ouvrir un document, appuyez sur le nom du fichier.
Le document s’ouvre dans la visionneuse. S’il y a plusieurs pièces jointes, vous pouvez utiliser les touches fléchées ou balayer l’écran pour afficher le document suivant.
Optionnel: Si vous souhaitez partager le document, utilisez l’icône de partage de votre appareil.
