Required User Permissions:
'Admin' level permissions to the project's Document Management tool.
Navigate to the project's Document Management tool.
Click the Configure Settings 
icon.
In the Permission Groups section of the Permissions tab, locate the permission group that you want to copy.
Click the duplicate 
icon for the permission group.
This opens the Create Permission Group panel.
Make adjustments to the People and Permissions tabs if needed. See Create a Permission Group for the Document Management Tool for more detail.
When you are ready to save the new permission group, click Create.
