Add a Property Damage Record to an Incident

Lorsque vous créez un incident dans Procore, vous pouvez ajouter un ou plusieurs enregistrements pour capturer les détails d’un incident. Dans le cas où un incident entraîne un problème de dommages matériels (par exemple, fenêtre cassée, mur endommagé, collision de véhicules, etc.), suivez la procédure ci-dessous pour saisir les détails importants de l’incident.

Steps
Navigate to the project's Incidents tool.
Click the Incidents tab.
Click View next to the incident you want to add a property damage record to.
Scroll to 'Incident Records'.
Click Add Record and select Property Damage in the drop-down menu.
Add the following information, as applicable, in the 'New Property Damage Record' side panel:
Company Affected. Select the company that was involved in the incident.
Work Activity. Select the activity the person was doing when the incident occurred.
Equipment. Select the equipment involved in the incident.
Select Existing Equipment
Click the Equipment or Equipment Name drop-down menu select the equipment.
Create New Equipment Record
Note: Use this to track equipment you own or are renting longterm. These records are also added to the company's Equipment tool.Click the Equipment or Equipment Name drop-down menu and search for the equipment.
If it has yet to be created, select Create Equipment.
Click Add to Register.
Click Create.
Create Unmanaged Project-Only Equipment
Note: Use this to track temporary equipment, such as a rented generator. These records are not added to the company's Equipment tool.Click the Equipment or Equipment Name drop-down menu and search for the equipment.
If it has yet to be created, select Create Equipment.
Enter the equipment ID.
Click Create to add it to the item and the 'Project-Only Equipment' tab in the project's Equipment tool.
Responsible Company. Select the responsible company.
Estimated Cost Impact. Enter the estimated cost impact.
Description. Enter any additional information relevant to the property damage record.
Click Create.
