Things to Consider
You can only delete adjustments that are not 'Final'.
Steps
Navigate to the project's Materials tool.
Click the Adjustments tab.
Click the adjustment number.
Click the adjustment's vertical ellipsis
. 
Select Move to Recycle Bin.
Click Move to confirm.
