Edit a Project 360 Report

Les administrateurs de l’entreprise peuvent activer les rapports d’exécution de projet à 360° pour les utilisateurs non-administrateurs dans Procore Explore. (États-Unis 2 | Royaume-Uni)

Avec cette version bêta, votre accès aux données est déterminé par les autorisations de vos outils existants. Vous pouvez créer et afficher des rapports 360° détaillés sur les projets et les entreprises à l’aide de toutes les données que vous êtes déjà autorisé à consulter. Aucun accès administrateur au niveau de l’outil n’est requis. Ceci s’applique uniquement aux données contenues dans le jeu de données d’exécution du projet.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • For company reports: company 'Admin' permissions.

    • For project reports: 'Standard' or higher permissions on the 360 Reporting tool and the report was created by you or if you are a company admin.

  • As you edit your report, click the Load Data button to refresh the data when you're ready.

    • If you'd like data to refresh automatically, toggle off Load Data Manually, but this can increase wait time, especially for large or complex reports.

Steps

To edit a 360 report created using the 360 Reporting tool, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the 360 Reporting tool at the Company or Project level.

  2. Locate the report created in the 360 Reporting tool.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Make desired changes to the report.

  5. Click the Load Data button to populate the report with your changes.
    Note: If you have 'Load Data Manually' turned off, data automatically refreshes with every change you make which may increase wait times.
