Add Assets to Projects from the Project Assets Tool

Company Administrators can enable the Assets beta in Procore Explore.
Company Administrators can enable the Assets beta in Procore Explore.
You can select assets from the Company level Assets tool and assign them to your project to manage and track them for a specific project.
Users are required to have Company Level permission to create assets to perform this action at the project level.
Attachments or related items are added to an asset at the company level, they will remain associated with the asset when it is added to a project.
When an asset is added to a project, parent and sub assets are also added to the same project to keep the hierarchy intact.
You must add the Assets tool to your project.
Navigate to the project's Assets tool at the Project level.
Click on the Create and select Add from Company Register from the shortcut menu.
Select the assets you want to add to the project, then click Add.
Optional: Enter a note for context.
Click Add to add the asset to your project register.
