Change Privacy Settings for a Folder or File in the Project Level Documents Tool (iOS)

Required User Permissions

If a parent folder is marked as Private, all files or folders in that folder are automatically Private.

Private files and folders can only be accessed by:

• The folder's creator.

• Users with 'Admin' level permissions to the Project Documents tool.

• Users who have the 'Access Private Folders and Files' granular permission enabled on their permission template.

• Users who have been given access to the folder directly through the folder's permissions. See Change Permission Settings on a Folder or File in the Project Level Documents Tool.
