View Inclusions and Exclusions for Subcontracts (Android)

When creating subcontracts, it is important to explicitly state what is included and not included in the agreement. To ensure this information is captured and documented, the Commitments tool provides an Inclusions and Exclusions field in the commitment contract:

• Inclusions describe the actions, items, services, and tasks that are included in the scope of work.

• Exclusions describe the actions, items, services, and tasks that are not included in the scope of work.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Commitments tool.

• Additional Information:

  • • The new view and workflow now applies to both Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.

    • Details like descriptions, inclusions, and exclusions can be expanded or collapsed to keep the view clean.

    • Schedule of Values and Change Orders are now organized into independent subtabs, reducing the need for excessive scrolling.

    • Attachments are displayed at the top of the commitment for quick access.

    • This item can be viewed or edited offline if it was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device. Tasks performed in offline mode sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.

• Create a Subcontract

1. Navigate to the project's Commitments tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

2. Tap the subcontract that you want to view inclusions or exclusions for.

3. To view the inclusions for the subcontract, tap Inclusions.

4. To view the exclusions for the subcontract, tap Exclusions.
