Star or Unstar a Conversation in the Conversations Tool

The Starring feature allows you to prioritize specific Direct Messages, Group Conversations, or Item-related Conversations. Starred threads are pinned to a dedicated Starred section at the top of your message list, ensuring you don't lose track of high-priority discussions.

• Required User Permissions: 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Conversations tool.

• Personalized View: Starring a conversation only affects your view; it does not star the conversation for other participants.

• Dynamic Section: The 'Starred' section only appears in the sidebar once at least one conversation has been starred.

1. Navigate to the Conversations tool.

2. In the sidebar, locate the conversation you want to star.

3. Hover your mouse over the conversation name and click the vertical ellipsis icon.

4. Click Star Conversation.
   The conversation is now moved to the Starred section at the top of the sidebar. A Star icon will now appear next to the conversation name for easy identification.

5. (Optional) To remove a conversation from the pinned list:

   • Click the vertical ellipsis icon on a starred thread.

   • Click Unstar Conversation.
     The conversation returns to its original section.
