Create a Crew (iOS)

Crews help you organize job site laborers into manageable groups. Each crew performs specific scopes of work, such as concrete, and is managed by a Foreman or Crew Lead who oversees their progress.

• Required User Permissions

• Each crew can only have one Crew Lead.

• You can configure what items are created with the quick create icon, see Configure Quick Create Settings.

• This action can be performed offline. Tasks performed offline sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.

• Add the Crews tool to the project. See Add and Remove Project Tools.

• Optional: Add a Worker (iOS)

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.

2. Create the crew.

   • Tap the quick create icon and select Crew.

   • Tap the Crews tool and tap the create icon. Then select Create Crew.

3. Tap the following fields to enter the appropriate information:

   • Crew Name. Tap to enter a name for the crew.

   • Crew Lead. Tap the field and select the Crew Lead.

   • Crew Members. Tap the field and select members of the crew. Then tap Done.

4. Tap Save to create the crew.
