Set Stock Limits for Materials

Stock limits monitor inventory levels against set minimums and maximums. If quantities fall outside these bounds, users are alerted when viewing the material details.

• Required User Permissions

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Inventory tab.

3. Click the item name.

4. Click View Full Details.

5. Click the vertical ellipsis , and select Set Stock Limits.

6. Enter the Stock Minimum

7. Enter the Stock Maximum
   

   Tip

   Click Remove Stock Limits to reset them to zero.

8. Click Save.
