Finalize a Receipt (With Project Financials) Web					To finalize a receipt, you must also have 'Standard' level permissions or higher to project's Commitments tool: 'Standard' users can only finalize receipts during an open billing period because the system automatically generates an invoice. 'Admin' users can finalize receipts in any existing billing period, whether it is open or closed.
