Search for a Meeting (Android)

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Meetings tool.

  • Additional Information:
    When NO grouping options are applied, you can search for information in the following fields:

    • Location

    • Overview

    • Meeting Title/Name

    • Date

    • Series

 Note

  • When grouped by 'Series', only the 'Meeting Series Title' can be searched

  • Use Procore Search to search for the following fields:

    • Minutes

    • Meeting Item Title

    • Meeting Item Description

    • The new view and workflow now applies to both Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.

    • Details like descriptions, inclusions, and exclusions can be expanded or collapsed to keep the view clean.

    • Schedule of Values and Change Orders are now organized into independent subtabs, reducing the need for excessive scrolling.

    • Attachments are displayed at the top of the commitment for quick access.

    • This item can be viewed or edited offline if it was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device. Tasks performed in offline mode sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your project's Meetings tool on your Android device.

  2. In the sidebar, below the Search bar, tap to select All, Week, or Today to determine the amount of time your search covers.

  3. In the Search bar, tap to enter in keywords that match the meeting you want to view.

  4. Tap the meeting you want to view.
