Create QR Codes for People

In Resource Planning, you can create QR Codes to provide people on job sites quick access to details about the people in Resource Planning.

• Required User Permissions

• Information configured here is publicly available to anyone who scans one of your company's QR Codes.

• QR codes can be scanned by any scanning app without requiring logging into Procore.

• The person's full name and employee ID are printed on the label. Additional information can be configured to display upon scanning.

• Configure QR Codes for Resource Planning

1. Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.

2. Click People, and select People List.

3. Mark the checkboxes next to the people, then click the QR code icon.

4. Select the 'Page Size' and 'Format Options' .

5. Click Print.

6. Save or Print the QR Codes.

   • Click Save as PDF.

   • Click Print to print.
