Procore's PDF Consulting Services team specializes in building customized forms and workflows for the Procore web application.

• Custom Forms. Customize existing PDF exports on select Procore tools.

• Custom Workflows. Develop customized workflows tailored to satisfy the unique requirements of your approval processes.

• Required User Permissions:

  • To request services from the PDF Consulting Services Team, you must be your company's Procore Administrator.

Step 1: Create Your Markup

1. Download the template(s) that correspond to the type of request you want to submit:

   • Custom Forms Markup Instructions.pdf

     • Download this form to request a custom form, including Procore Pay Lien Waivers. If you want your custom form to include a custom field, include that information in your request.

   • Custom Workflow Template.xlsx

     • Download this form to request a custom workflow.

2. Review the instructions in the template file.

Step 2: Send Your Markup to Procore​​​​​​

If your company is in implementation, send your PDF Consulting Services Request and Markup to your Procore point of contact. They will be able to connect you to the PDF Consulting Services Team.

Step 3: Completion of Development

After the PDF Consulting Services Team receives your request from your Procore point of contact or via the webform, the PDF Consulting Services Team will reach out to you to continue the process. This engagement may include discovery, planning, updates on development, testing, etc. Please note that completion times will vary based on the agreed upon scope of work.
