View the Change History of Public Photo Link Settings

Navigate to the Company level Analytics tool.

Select the Data Configuration tab.

In the Public Photo Link Settings section, click View History.

In the Public Access History modal, review the following details:

• Date & Time. The exact timestamp and time zone when the setting was updated.

• Access Change. The specific action taken (e.g., Links updated, Disabled, or Enabled).

• Changed By. The email address and avatar/initials of the user who updated the setting.
