Remove Bid Recipients

Removing bid recipients allows you to manage your bidder list effectively by withdrawing invitations from vendors who are no longer participating in the bidding process. This ensures that your project communication remains accurate and that only relevant contacts have access to bid documents and submission tools.

• Required User Permissions on the project's Bidding tool.

• Additional Information:

  • You can also remove bid recipients from your company's Directory. See Set Bidder Information for a Company in the Company Directory.

1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.

2. Click the name of the relevant bid package.

1. In the Bid Recipients column, click the field by the person icon.
   

   

2. Click the icon to remove all bid recipients.
   OR
   Uncheck recipients to remove them individually.
   

   

1. Click the bid form name.

2. Click the Bidders tab.

3. In the Bid Recipients column, click the field by the person icon.

4. Click the icon to remove all bid recipients.
