View Bid Files

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions to the project's Bidding tool.

  • Additional Information:

    • Folders are sorted alphanumerically.

    • You will be able to view when a bid file was uploaded, modified, and its file size.

 Important!

Bid packages containing more than 100,000 files may lead to degraded application performance.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.

  2. Click the name of the relevant bid package.

  3. Click the Documents tab.

  4. Click a tool to view its contents.

  5. Search by file name to narrow the results.
