Sign in to Bluebeam from Procore

If your company uses Bluebeam Revu to markup its submittals, you can sign into Bluebeam directly from Procore using the Procore + Bluebeam integration.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permission on the project's Submittals tool.

  • Session Access: You must be the Session Creator OR have 'Full Control' permissions granted within the specific Bluebeam Studio Session.

  • Licensing & Delegation: To assign 'Full Control' permissions to another user, the Session Creator must hold a Bluebeam Core or Bluebeam Complete license.

    • Note: If the Session Creator is using a free Bluebeam account, they will be the only individual capable of finalizing the session and pulling the markups back into Procore.

• Additional Information:

  • App Installation: The integration must be installed company-wide by a Company Admin via the Procore App Marketplace.

  • Regional Routing: The sign-in flow authenticates against the US Bluebeam server (studio.bluebeam.com).

  • The Bluebeam Studio Sessions banners only display on submittals with at least one PDF attachment.

1. In the blue banner in Procore, enter your Bluebeam email address and password.

2. Click Allow Access to authorize Procore to create and manage Studio Sessions in your Bluebeam account.
