Add Watchers to Coordination Issues (iOS)

To keep key people, like Project Managers or BIM Leads, informed via automatic notifications, add them as Watchers to a coordination issue. This ensures everyone stays updated while maintaining single-point accountability for quicker issue resolution.

• Additional Information:

  • Editable Fields: Users can bulk edit the Location, Assignee, Watchers, Due Date, Priority, Status, Trade, and Type fields. To edit any other field, you must open and modify the issue individually. See Edit a Coordination Issue.

  • Comments: Comments cannot be edited in bulk. See Add or Manage Comments on a Coordination Issue.

1. Navigate to the Coordination Issues tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

2. Tap the coordination issue you want to edit. To search or filter for a specific coordination issue, see Search for and Filter Coordination Issues (iOS)

3. Tap Edit.

4. Tap the Watchers field and add one or more watchers.

5. Tap Done.
