Add Accident Entries (Android)

The Accidents section allows you to add and track the party or company involved in any accidents that occurred on job site.

• Required User Permissions:

  • To create entries:

    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Daily Log tool.

  • To create pending entries as a collaborator:

    • 'Read Only' or 'Standard' permissions to the project's Daily Log tool with the 'Collaborator Entry Only' granular permission enabled on your permissions template. See Create Daily Log Entries as a Collaborator.

• Additional Information:

  • You can configure which items are created using the quick createicon. To learn more, see Configure Quick Create Settings.

  • This action can be performed offline. Tasks performed offline sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.

1. Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device and select a project.
   The Tools screen loads, displaying all tools available for this project.

2. Do one of the following:

   1. Tap the quick createicon and select Accident Entry.

   2. Tap the Daily Log tool. Tap the createicon, then select Accident Entry.

3. Tap the fields and enter the information.

   Note: Click the caret icon > to expand and v to collapse the field names and their descriptions below.

4. Tap Save.
   The log entry is created or added.
