Add Phone Call Entries (Android)
Background
The Phone Calls section allows you to log all calls made and participants involved in the call. You can use this section to log phone calls that are not considered meetings but cover topics requiring documentation.
Things to Consider
Required User Permissions:
To create entries:
'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Daily Log tool.
To create pending entries as a collaborator:
'Read Only' or 'Standard' permissions to the Daily Log tool with the 'Collaborator Entry Only' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.

Additional Information:
This action can be performed in offline mode (i.e. when an active network connection is not available on your mobile device). Tasks performed in offline mode will be synced with Procore once a network connection has been reestablished.
Users can also automatically save a call's information to a Phone Calls entry from the Directory tool.

Steps
Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device and select a project.
The Tools screen loads, displaying all tools available for this project.Tap the quick create
icon and select Phone calls.
OR
Tap the Daily Log tool. Tap the create
icon, then tap Phone Calls.Tap into the following fields to enter the relevant information:
Note: Click the caret icon > to expand and v to collapse the field names and their descriptions below.
Tap Save.
The log entry is created or added.
Tip
Click Fix Errors to navigate to the first empty required field (if the required fields are empty or blank).
Click Next Field or Previous Field to view other empty fields. Once all required fields are filled, you are able to create or save the form.
