Reactivate a User in the Company Directory

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions

  • Reactivated users can be found in the Company level Directory and any Project level Directory that they were added to before being inactivated. The user's previous permissions are also restored.

Reactivate a Single User in the Company Directory

  1. Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.

  2. Click Inactive Users.

  3. Locate the user you want to reactivate and click Reactivate in their row.

Bulk Reactivate Users in the Company Directory

  1. Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.

  2. Click Inactive Users.

  3. Mark the checkbox next to each user that you want to reactivate.

  4. Click Bulk Actions and select Reactivate.

  5. Click Reactivate to confirm or click Cancel to cancel the action.
